Yerushalayim

The ‘Kippa’ (Hebrew) or ‘Yarmulka’ (Yiddish) is the round head covering worn by Jewish men to serve as a constant reminder to us and everyone else, that God is always above, and that, like today’s verse teaches us, ‘the Holy One of Israel is great in our midst.’ How fitting that Israel's Iron Dome is called "Kippah Barzel (iron dome)" - a kippah covering the entire Holy Land!
