Jews and Christians Unite to Fight on Behalf of Judea and Samaria

Jews and Christians Unite to Fight
on Behalf of
Judea and Samaria

Maaleh  Adumim

“Therefore say, ‘Thus says the Lord God: I will gather you from the peoples and assemble you out of the countries where you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.’”                          (Ezekiel 11:17)

Christian Friends of Israeli Communities (CFOIC) Heartland is taking their support for Judea and Samaria to mailboxes all over the world.  As part of their mission to enable Christians to connect with Jewish communities in the heart of Biblical Israel, CFOIC is offering an informational booklet filled with graphs, charts, pictures, and facts containing the truth about Israel and the Judea and Samaria region. The booklet charts Judea and Samaria’s Biblical history and provides a nine-step plan to make sure the region is kept safe and a part of the State of Israel.  CFOIC is taking it upon themselves to teach the world why it is fundamental for Israel to be in control of Judea and Samaria, the Biblical heartland of the Jewish state. Judea and Samaria represents democracy and the fight against terrorism. For the security and safety of not only Israel, but the entire free world, it is vital for Judea and Samaria to remain under the control of the only true democracy in the Middle East.
Official control of Judea and Samaria was turned back over to Israel after the 1967 war as part of a fulfillment of prophecy as stated in Amos 9:14-15:
“‘I will restore the fortunes of my people Israel, and they shall rebuild the ruined cities and inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards and drink their wine, and they shall make gardens and eat their fruit. I will plant them on their land, and they shall never again be uprooted out of the land that I have given them,’ says the Lord your God.”
The Jewish people were provided with national rights to Judea and Samaria by a League of Nations Mandate, which later was transferred to the UN Charter, under Article 80, as the infamous “Palestine Clause”.  Since the exile of the Jewish people from their indigenous land almost 2,000 years ago, Judea and Samaria have remained occupied and colonized outposts by people other than that to whom it once belonged.
Israel is surrounded by a sea of enemies looking to destroy it and is being attacked from all home-fronts. Judea and Samaria have become key components in Israel’s fight against terrorism and radical Islam.
CFOIC is lead by Sondra Oster Baras. Baras was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio in an Orthodox Jewish home. In 1984, Sondra moved to Israel with her family and in 1985, the Baras’ joined a group of North American Jews in building the a new Jewish community in Samaria, known today as Neve Aliza.  Throughout the First Intifada, Baras acted as an active spokesperson for the communities of Judea, Samaria and Gaza. Working closely with CFOIC Heartland, Baras opened the organizations first Israel office in an effort to enhance Christian support of Judea and Samaria.
“I discovered that Christian Zionists are a very important pro-israel group. It has been an amazing experience working with such passionate people,” Baras told Breaking Israel News.
CFOIC is the only Christian organization to focus exclusively on the communities in the heartland of Biblical Israel. CFOIC raises funds for the Judea and Samaria communities and encourages tourism to biblical sites in these areas as well. The organization has become a treasured resource in Israel for connecting Christians to the people of Biblical Israel.  Baras explained that today, Israel is under attack in so many different ways. Through her organization, Baras is joining the fight in defending Israel and is calling on others around the world to educate themselves on the true facts.  “Today Israel finds itself at the center of an unprecedented campaign of delegitimization and BDS coming from the four corners of the earth. While I believe that these campaigns are expressions of classic anti-Semitism, the excuse that they use is the settlement movement – the Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria,” she said.
“They challenge Israel’s historical, biblical and legal claim to this area and use that as a foundation to drive attacks against Israel as a whole. Our map booklet and our Judea and Samaria book are key tools in educating the public, giving them the facts that they need to combat these lies and hateful attacks. For anyone who is interested in understanding the conflict, and particularly for anyone who would like to help us in our pro-Israel campaigns – these tools are an absolute must!”

SOME COMMENTS FROM THE INTERNET....

JUDEA AND SAMARIA INDEED!!! These are the real names of the place...the JEALOUS, MISINFORMED AND BLINDED world only sees Israel as the culprit and sees the NEWLY INVENTED people called palestinians as the victims...sadly they cant see archaeological and historical evidence (which has also been carefully destroyed by arab terrorists) that this place was home to the jews...no point wasting words n emotions, not surprisingly all eyes are on this tiny piece of real estate (just 0.65% of middle east) so it's not really about land but about jew hating ideology which oil rich arab terrorists sponsor and which the gullible media swallows hook line and sinker...bottomline.... THE TRUTH IS THAT ALL OF ISRAEL IS THE GOD GIVEN HOMELAND OF HIS CHOSEN - THE JEWS...and nobody can ever again fully drive out jews from Israel.

Judea and Samaria were assigned to the Jews in the division by Britain of their mandate. Jordan illegaly appropriated Judea and Samaria. They destroyed Jewish homes, yeshivas and synagogues. The names were given over 3000 years ago. God gave the land to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. 1.6 million Arabs are Israeli citizens, In 2013 many Arabs in Judea and Samaria applied for Israel citizenship.

AMEN!
