BIBI vows to "fight incitement by the PA and radical Islam and fight those calling to destroy us."

Terrorists will not succeed in eliminating us, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu declared Monday, after a Palestinian stabbed an IDF soldier in Tel Aviv.  "The terrorism against us knows no borders. It is aimed at all parts of the country for a simple reason. The terrorists and those who incite to it want to get rid of us wherever we are. As far as they're concerned, we don't need to be in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem or anywhere else," he said at a Likud faction meeting.  "I'll promise you one thing: They won't succeed," Netanyahu stated.

The prime minister vowed to fight terrorism and defeat it, including incitement by
the Palestinian Authority and radical Islam and those who call to destroy Israel.  "Those who protest against the State of Israel and in favor of the Palestinian state, I say to them, simply, go there, to the Palestinian Authority or Gaza," Netanyahu said. "I promise you that the State of Israel will not make it difficult for you, but for those who stay here, we will make it difficult if you are a rioter or a terrorist."  Netanyahu described efforts to fight terrorism, including passing laws and destroying terrorists' homes, and declared that he will not tolerate rioting.  The prime minister called for all of Israel to be united in facing its current challenges.  "When we are united, we are stronger, and that is what we need today," he concluded.

Soldier succumbs to wounds hours after stabbing terror attack in Tel Aviv
The IDF announced that the IDF soldier who was killed in the terror attack in Tel Aviv on Monday afternoon was twenty-year-old Sergeant Almog Shiloni of Modi'in.    Shiloni was a soldier in the Air Force.  Shiloni succumbed to his wounds hours after being stabbed in Tel Aviv near Hahagana train station. Paramedics transported him to Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer where he ultimately passed away after efforts were made to save his life. His identity has not been cleared for publication.  An initial
investigation into the incident found that the soldier who was near the train station was attacked by a man armed with a knife who jumped on him and began to stab him in his upper body. The suspect appeared to be attempting to take the soldier's weapon.  His death marked the second terror death of the day. Later on Monday afternoon, a 25-year-old woman named Dalia Lamkus was killed, also in a stabbing attack, near Gush Etzion.
Paramedics transported him to Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer where he ultimately passed away after efforts were made to save his life.

Woman stabbed to death in West Bank, Islamic Jihad claims responsibility

The incident occurred meters away from the location where three Israeli teens — Eyal Yifrah, Naftali Fraenkel and Gil-Ad Shaer — were kidnapped and then killed in June.   The name of the 26-year-old woman, Dahlia Lamkus, was cleared for publication on Monday evening.  Hannan Meir, a Magen David Adom paramedic who arrived on the scene, told The Jerusalem Post, "When we arrived, I saw two people lying on the ground near the bus stop - the same place where three teenagers were kidnapped [by Hamas members in June this year]. One person [the 25-year-old Israeli woman] was unconscious, and another man was in light to moderate condition. Our people, together with the army, began treating the unconscious woman. We tried to resuscitate her, and placed her in the ambulance. We were forced to declare her dead as she was in the ambulance on the scene."  The IDF evacuated one injured person to the Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem, and a second injured person to the Sha'arei Tzedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. Paramedics treated another person on the scene who suffered shock. One stab victim sustained cuts to his jaw, and a second sustained a stab wound to the stomach.   The terrorist is being treated in hospital.  The IDF temporarily closed off the area and to search for possible additional suspects.
