NEUVIÈME JOUR DE GUERRE

NOT EVERYTHING CAN BE SERIOUS...SO,,,A LITTLE HUMOR...JEWISH STYLE...LOL
On top of the 48,000 reservists already called up, the IDF has just called up another 8000 reservists. Many of the reservists are being used to replace regular soldiers, who are being deployed around Gaza, possibly in preparation for a ground war. Other reservists are being sent to the Gaza border, also preparing for a possible ground war. Netanyahu has called for the demilitarization of Gaza. Palestinian Authority President Abu Mazen said Wednesday that he will spend the next few days trying to convince the international community to broker a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. Thursday, the PA leader will visit Cairo to discuss President Abed Fattah el-Sisi’s ceasefire initiative, which was rejected yesterday by Hamas. From there, he will continue on to Turkey, where he will hold talks with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Abu Mazen has accused Israel of “genocide” during the current air campaign in Gaza. Erdoğan said earlier this week that Israel employs “state terrorism.” A three month old baby girl from Gaza will be be hospitalized tomorrow at Wolfson Medical Center in Holon to undergo life-saving heart surgery, financed by the Save a Child’s Heart (SACH) foundation. The baby’s condition is severe and without the treatment she will not survive. She will be brought in a Palestinian ambulance to Erez crossing, transferred to an Israel ambulance and brought to Wolfson where an Israeli team of doctors and nurses will be prepared to administer medical treatment immediately. The girl will be the third Gaza resident to receive treatment at the hospital this week. In addition, two Palestinian children from Judea and Samaria are scheduled to undergo open heart surgeries at the hospital. Both were diagnosed during the SACH free weekly clinic for Palestinian children. Seven children visited the weekly clinic yesterday, among them two from the Gaza strip. Save a Child’s Heart (SACH) is an Israeli-based international humanitarian project, whose mission is to improve the quality of pediatric cardiac care for children from developing countries who suffer from heart disease and to create centers of competence in these countries. SACH is totally dedicated to the idea that every child deserves the best medical treatment available, regardless of the child’s nationality, religion, color, gender or financial situation.
