STILL A LOT OF GOOD WORK TO DO,,,

Gantz summarized the first four days of Operation Protective Edge. "Gaza's militants made a mistake when they decided to attack us", he said. Gantz said that everything is ready for the ground operation – except for the Government's approval. IDF continues with the air strikes, Palestinian militants keep launching rockets, and IDF Chief of General Staff, Benny Gantz, emphasized today (Friday) that nothing is keeping the IDF from going forward with a ground invasion – except for the political leadership decision. Speaking to the media during a visit to a Paratroopers Brigade training base, he said: "Gaza is sinking toward disaster. Our air offensive is excellent and our intelligence is good. We have targets to attack and we will intensify the attack. We have yet to maximize our offensive capabilities - they understand they made a big mistake". According to Gantz, the Palestinian militants need to decide whether Gaza is going toward calm or a security catastrophe: "This operation is bringing results. Gaza's militants made a mistake when they decided to attack us. Now they understand their mistake. We will continue with our mission as long as we won't be told otherwise. We are also prepared to expand it as far as needed". "We still have a lot more to attack" As for reports on lacking intelligence, Gantz said: "The air offensive is excellent and our intelligence is also very good. Our defense systems are employed all over the country and are working as expected. We are waging an integrated combative effort and we still have allot more to attack".
